Axial Forming

They enable extreme degrees of deformation, complex geometries and fast tool changing. The tool sequence is positioned horizontally or vertically by a servo motor. With up to 6 forming steps and additional clamping units, virtually any requirement can be satisfied. Rotary stations can be integrated for specific forming.A touch panel with integrated data storage is used for operation. Machine parameters and specific machining sequences can be managed here. Optionally, transfluid® fits these systems with either electric or hydraulic numeric drives. If the requirement is for extremely short cycle times, these forming procedures can be carried out sequentially in transfer systems.
Rotary Forming
Completely new possibilities for forming of tubes that have already been axially preformed, for manufacturing sharp-edged contours for sealing elements, and producing extremely good finishes. With short clamping lengths, you can form virtually any geometry even after the bending process.
Our rotary technology opens up completely new possibilities for forming. This method lends itself particularly well to the generation of sharp-edged contours for sealing elements, and perfect finishes. All drives on these machines are servo-electric, and CNC-controlled as required.
This enables tool-independent forming. All setting parameters are stored. This saves time because laborious adjustment is redundant. The machines can form from the inside outwards, and vice versa.
Rotary Forming – Flares
This tube forming machine lends itself perfectly to the generation of highly complex forming geometries. It creates forming with very strict tolerances and polished finishing. It is also possible to create high-quality flaring.When creating flaring between 20° and 90°, with clamping lengths of about 1 x D, this machine model creates a perfect sealing surface. Flaring to 90° is produced in one operation. Tools can be changed within an extremely short time. With the rights tools, the machine is also capable of closing tube ends.The machine for tube forming diameters up to 325 mm works virtually independently of tools with a controlled forming cone (freely programmable).
